Darren has over 15 years of experience in tax consulting, planning and compliance for flow-through entities, corporations, and high net-worth individuals. Following his start in the corporate tax group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Darren has worked exclusively with business owner managers.
His experience spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, wholesale, real estate and construction.
Darren advises on purchase and sale transactions, entity selection, restructuring, tax methods and taxable income recognition issues. He also represents clients in both federal and state income tax matters.
He has extensive experience in working with businesses from the early stages of development and launch and all the way through the growth stages of their business life cycle. In addition, he has worked for many years with mature businesses that are stable and growing at their own strategic pace.

Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
